China’s Communist Party has spoken, and it seems like there will be a new reform for child baring laws and a plan in the works towards the elimination of labor camps, hit the jump for more!
HuffPost reports, “China’s Communist Party says it will loosen its one-child policy and abolish labor camps. The official Xinhua News Agency said Friday the party released a key policy document that said it will now allow couples to have two children if one of the parents is an only child”.
It is presumed that thousands of Chinese labor camps are established throughout the region; the systems of intense, un paid, manual (for the most part) labor and imprisonment of political prisoners, heavy criminals, have been in place since 1938.
