A baby alligator was found in pretty bad shape under the escalator of Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport, hit the jump for more!
An alligator about a foot long found in Terminal 3, underneath an escalator, has left authorities confused on how exactly it got there in the first place. A police officer captured the alligator by placing a trash bin over it, but the reptile seems to be in pretty bad condition:
“It was in pretty bad shape,” stated Jason Hood, Chicago Herpetological Society president. “We’re trying to get it healthy and find a place for it.”
No injuries have been reported at the hands of the reptile.
