“Gangsta” newcomer Kat Dahlia was arrested for a DUI in Miami Tuesday morning. According to the police report, Kat was pulled over for speeding…but the speeding wasn’t the only thing that got her in trouble. Apparently when the officer approached her vehicle, she opted to curse him out (with an excessive slur, at that) and also resisted her arrest by being “hostile and aggressive.” Oh, the report also said she was driving a 2013 Nissan…which I guess shows she’s doing kind of good, right?

Typically these kinds of things would hurt a newcomer and send the PR team into overdrive, but with a first impression like her single, “Gangsta,” it doesn’t seem like it’s going to be that bad of an effect on her budding career.
