Rapper Future, also known as Nayvadius Cash, is going through it with his baby mother Jessica Smith because she’s demanding more child support money after a DNA test proved Future is indeed the father of her 10-year-old son. She’s asking for more $$ because Smith thinks her famous rapper baby daddy is lying about how much money he has in the bank. Not only that, but Future is also fighting to get MORE custody of his son.

According to focuments filed in Georgia just a month ago, Future claims that his finances are all legit and that his baby mother should not get anymore money from him. According to Smith, Future made a comment to the press where he claims he “always has $25,000 on him at all times.” Unfortunately for her, his comment cannot be used in the child support battle.
As far as the custody battle is concerned, Future wants more time to spend with his son (props to him!) Future is claiming that after he paid for his son’s schooling tuition (which was non-refundable), his son’s mother “failed to deliver the minor child to school for unreasonable periods of time and/or delivered the child to school in tardy fashion.”
As of now, Future is trying to get joint physical custody of his ten-year-old son and also wants Smith to handle his attorney fees.
