As you can see from the photo above, this kid is riding a giant whale shark!! lol On a fishing trip, the teenager decided to jump in the water when he saw this mammoth fish!!
Fishing 30 miles off the coast of Captiva, Florida, Chris Kreis decided to ride a 30-foot whale shark. He rode it for almost 10 seconds before jumping off the shark. Chris, 19, was just fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, then he ends up riding one of the biggest animals in the world!! It’s said that it’s not too dangerous to ride a whale shark, but it is possible you can disrupt their behavior by riding one.
Chris also said there were two bull sharks in the area when he was in the water!! I think I would ride a whale shark if the opportunity came up, but I definitely wouldn’t if I knew there were bull sharks in the water too!!
