Jane Lynch is pulling the plug on her 3-year marriage to wife Dr. Lara Embry. The pair married in Massachusetts (where gay marriage is legal), but will dissolve it in CA, where they’re both residents. Though California has yet to legalize gay marriage, the State recognizes marriages from places where it is legal.
L”Lara and I have decided to end our marriage,” Jane said in a statement. “This has been a difficult decision for us as we care very deeply about one another.”
There is no pre-nup involved.
