This well known celeb is starting a clothing line that will include outerwear, footwear and handbags, and will partner with the CEO of Manolo Blahnik to create heels of all heights. The line will launch in 2014 and will be exclusively available at Nordstrom. This celeb has had lines before but has been unsuccessful. Who is it? Check out after the jump.
