A typical at-home family argument over who should win “American Idol”, quickly turned into a violent at-home family argument, which ended up with one couple stabbing each other. That’s right. Pennsylvania couple Karen Elaine Harrelson, 48, and Gregory L. Stambaugh, 57, resorted to violence after they couldn’t come to an agreement over who should win “American Idol”. They told police that since they couldn’t decide on one winner, they began stabbing each other.

Police eventually found the haphazard couple with matching bloodied shirts on their porch. Alcohol is suspected to be involved.
