Just in case you didn’t know, Charles Ramsey is the guy who aided in getting three girls who were being held captive in a basement for more than 10-years, free. Ever since then, Charles Ramsey has become a household name, with recognition from McDonald’s Corporation, to Mo’Nique, and now this dude! “He’s kind of like that public figure in Cleveland right now, kind of the voice and face of it,” said Rodney Rose, tattoo artist at 252 Tattoo. “He’s such an expressive guy, I figured it’d make a great tattoo.” Which is why, Rose offered his friend, Stephen Munhollun, the FREE tattoo of Ramsey’s face.
