Michelle Knight was one of three women who were found after being kidnapped and held captive by Ariel Castro for years. The families of both Amanda Berry and Gina Dejesus have released statements and now Michelle has released one. Although the women haven’t said much, we know that they are physically ok but are struggling mentally. It has also been announced that Ariel Castro is the father of Amanda Berry’s six year old daughter, Jocelyn. Read Michelle’s statement below.
Michelle Knight released the statement via MetroHealth Medical System saying, “Michelle Knight is in good spirits and would like the community to know that she is extremely grateful for the outpouring of flowers and gifts. She is especially thankful for the Cleveland Courage Fund. She asks that everyone please continue to respect her privacy at this time.”
