Google Chairman, Eric Schmidt predicts there will be over billion Android smartphones in the 6 to 9 months. He also said that in the next year or two there will be over 2 billion smartphones that use the Android software. As of now, Android is the world’s No.1 mobile phone software, with over 750 million mobile devices in use around the world. Schmidt continued, “If that proceeds think it will be a pretty good outcome for everybody.”
