If the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department gets their way Justin Bieber will be prosecuted for allegedly spitting on a neighbor. The Dept. suggest that criminal battery charges be filed against JB. It doesn’t help that Bieber has shown a pattern of breaking the law, including fights, threats, reckless driving, speeding tickets, drugs and that’s not even all of it. Worst part is, whether Justin is prosecuted or not, people in the Sheriff’s Dept. are beliebers (lmao). Believers that JB needs professional help to manage his behavior and anger. Ah, this is not looking too good!
