Things aren’t looking good for “MADtv” star Aries Spears and his soon-to-be ex-wife Elisa Larregui. Elisa filed for divorce last month, going for full custody of their 3 year old son, and now she’s gotten it…because Aries allegedly threatened her life with a baseball bat! Elisa filed a restraining order against her ex, saying he’d swung the bat at her and almost killed her. She also said he’s a verbally abusive father and was physically abusive with one of her other children from a previous relationship. So, she’s moving to Florida with the kids and Aries is going to have to pay for it.
“The family is mending and for the moment, they have chosen to place some distance between themselves,” Aries’ lawyer said. “Aries and Elisa have been communicating peaceably and have worked things out between themselves. Aries looks forward to spending quality time with his son.”
Hate messy situations like this! It only hurts the kids!
