While the Plaintiff was on the stand, telling the story about a 2011 fight that caused him to loose his eye, he decided to really prove his case! His prosthetic eye glass eye fell right out of the socket. The whole court room was shocked that something like this really happened right in front of thier eyes, (no pun intended). Sources say the reason it fell was because the plaintiff started to cry while he was telling the story and then POP, eye falls right out and lands in his hand. Well at least he caught it!
