After a brief investigation, the police have declared that there is “insufficient evidence” to charge Lindsay Lohan with stealing $100,000 bucks worth of stuff from her friend’s house!
Because the cops didn’t find the stolen goods at Lindsay’s place, and “potential eyewitnesses have refused to become involved” our girl can put this whole debacle behind her!
This is fantastic news for Lilo, who can now get back to running in the sun, work and going to more house parties ASAP!Her rep sent us a message saying:
