The year keeps getting better for Frank Ocean. With a critically acclaimed album and successful summer tour under his belt, the Odd Future crooner’s profile will get that much bigger this fall. First, Frank has been announced as a performer at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards on September 6th live from Staples Center in Los Angeles. After attending last year’s spectacle, the singer/songwriter will touch the VMA stage to perform a medley of songs off his channel, ORANGE debut.

And that’s just the beginning, according to HitsDailyDouble, Frank Ocean will serve as musical guest for the new season premiere of Saturday Night Live. The network will kick-off their 38th season with the singer on Saturday, September 15th on NBC.
