Cops believed the shooter was among the dead inside the home.
Deputies arrived at the Port St. John house after neighbors in the area reported hearing gunshots at around 5 a.m., local station WFTV reported.
Police found the dead woman in the front yard and, as they began to surround the house, saw someone appear at the front door and then go back inside, the station said.
