Woody Borgella, 29, was charged with second-degree murder and weapons possession in the fatal shooting of Lora Ann Evans, 31, on Monday, cops said.
Borgella allegedly shot Evan in the head and chest as they argued over money in the Ocean Ave., Flatbush, apartment they shared.
She died at the scene.
