In case you don’t know, an Open Letter means so that everyone can know what you are telling the person you’re writing the letter to, and a Major RIM(blackberry) shareholder(Jaguar Financial Group, a Canadian merchant bank) has written an open letter to Rim showing their disgust for where the company is, and calls for action that RIM does not want to take! See for yourself!!

“The status quo is not acceptable, the company cannot sit still. It is time for transformational change. The directors need to seize the reins to maximize shareholder value before more market value is lost.“
Apparently this shareholder is speaking for other shareholder’s as well. Jaguar Does not think RIM will be able to turn it’s self around, not even with the QNX phones that RIM is expecting to drop NEXT YEAR -_-
