ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting the Oakland Raiders have come to a terms with New York Giants tight end Kevin Boss on a four-year, $16 million deal.

He will replace Pro Bowl tight end Zach Miller, who stung the Raiders by signing with the Seahawks on Tuesday.
