A U.S. district judge has dissmissed a second lawsuit from the Winkevoss twins, who already received  a $65 million settlement from Facebook and founder Mark Zuckerberg.

As seen in the 2010 movie The Social Network, The Winkevoss twins and partner Narendra  believed that Mark Zuckerberg stole part of their idea to start Facebook, which right now is currently worth $100 billion.  The twins believed back in 2008 Facebook hid the true value of the company.  The Twins were given 1.2 million shares in the settlement, which were $36 each, but the twins believed the shares were worth $8.80 back then.  In December 2010 the 9th Circuit of Appeals ruled the settled would stand, there after the twins along with their partner decided to take the case to the supreme court.

It’s unclear how the Winklevoss twins will proceed with their case at this point.

To add insult to injury, the former president of Harvard University Larry Summers was recently quoted as saying the twins  were “a**holes.” Summers also said“One of the things you learn as a college president is that if an undergraduate is wearing a tie and jacket on Thursday afternoon at three o’clock, there are two possibilities. One is that they’re looking for a job and have an interview; the other is that they are an a**hole. This was the latter case.”
