Supermodel and fashion mogul Heidi Klum has collaborated with New Balance to launch her debut lifestyle sneaker collection. The Heidi Klum for New Balance line is described as being perfect for the modern “on-the-go” women and will be exclusively available on Amazon starting this month. “We all need a good pair of sneakers whether it’s for running to the gym or running to the store,†said Klum.  “I have extended my line with New Balance and designed a few stylish pairs of sneakers. Very exciting!â€
Included in the Heidi Klum for New Balance collection are two heritage silhouettes, the 410 and the 320, each available in three different colorways. Both models feature lightweight, sleek profiles with sophisticated, modern takes on classic blocking schemes.
“The Heidi Klum for New Balance footwear collection combines New Balance’s expertise in footwear design with Heidi’s commitment to fashion-forward style to create go-to shoes for today’s women in motion,†says Joe Preston, Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Brand Management at New Balance.
This isn’t Heidi’s first go-round with New Balance. In Fall 2010, Heidi launched a versatile active wear collection called Heidi Klum for New Balance, also available exclusively on Amazon.
With a retail price of $90 (410) and $80 (320), the shoes will be available in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany & Japan beginning June 6 exclusively on Amazon. Â Additional footwear offerings are planned to launch for Fall 2011.
