It’s actually for your safety, do to the fact that the way they help you get into your account should you forget your password, and you probably did since you haven’t used in it in a while, they just let you pick a new one when you insert some of your personal data, but since the hackers took personal data, that may not be the best way, SO Sony decided to regroup real quick, which once again leaves you in the Gaming Dark. 🙁
