Samsung has controlled the the phablet market with their Galaxy Note 2 and the OG Note for 15 months but it seems ZTE is throwing their hat in the phablet arena. ZTE says they will be debuting a 5.7 inch device called the Grand Memo. Not much has been said about the device but ZTE has said the device should be formally announced at MWC, what we do know is the device is a 1080p full HD display and quad-core processor.“We would like to raise the percentage of mid- to high-range smartphones. That’s the direction we’re heading,”

Making sure they meet our regulations and follow our specs, all to sell their products in our country.
