(Photos) YG and DJ Mustard Squash The Beef

YG and DJ Mustard are back to bicken back bein’ bool. Earlier this week, it looked like things could get ugly between the childhood friends and frequent collaborators, after DJ Mustard called YG out on Instagram. Mustard had apparently been receiving incessant inquiries about YG and his girlfriend Catelyn (after Catelyn claimed YG gave her herpes – which she later recanted,) and Mustard wanted everyone to know that not only does he have no info to give, he doesn’t give a damn because he still hadn’t been paid for his work on YG’s debut album. YG then called Mustard out for not paying him to sample his voice for the now-famous “Mustard on the beat, hoe!” tag, and it just went downhill from there. Things were relatively quiet for a few days following YG’s threat to head to Mustard’s studio, and on New Year’s Eve, the guys pleasantly surprised fans by sharing a photo to prove things are right back to how they should be.

(Photos) Update: YG’s Ex-Girlfriend Says She Was Hacked; Previously Puts Him On BLAST: Reveals Pregnancy, STD’s and More!

YG and his girlfriend Catelyn have been together for years, and he even stood by her side and professed his love for her in interviews when she did a brief stint in jail earlier this year. The young, tatted up makeup artist from L.A. remained mostly private about their relationship on social media, though sometimes posting plane tickets to the places YG was at, and even a photo here and there with her boo or even his family. That changed drastically yesterday, however, when in the midst of what appears to be a very nasty breakup, Catelyn put the Bompton rapper’s dirty laundry on display for the world to see.

YG Takes Over 100 Children Shopping For The Holidays!

Rappers brag all year ’round about how fat their pockets are but when the holidays come, it is their time to shine and prove just how much money they have by giving back to the community. For the second year in a row, YG and his 4Hundred Waze Foundation hosted their “Nothing Can Stop Me” holiday extravaganza, which allows over 100+ kids to go shopping and pick out their own presents for the holidays. On December 22nd, the holiday shopping experience went down at the Shiekh Shoes store in Lakewood Mall located in California. The kids from the Los Angeles area seemed more than thrilled to have experienced such a positive event. The kids were all given gift cards and then were all taken to the mall via a charter bus to pick out whatever it is that they wanted. Such a dope event! YG even flicked it up with the children, making one little girl cry due to her extreme happiness! Props to YG and all of the other rappers who use their money for productive things such as this. Check out some pics from the event over in the gallery!

Do The Grammys Hate Gangster Rappers?

The Game and YG both think The Grammys Hate Gangster Rappers and that the Grammys are rigged, because Gangster rap music doesn’t get the representation that it deserves. Especially because of how big of a part it plays in the entire Hip Hop Genre, but rappers who fake a lifestyle that The Game and YG actually lived win awards over them.
