(Video) A$AP Ferg Pays Tribute To A$AP Yams On Final Stop Of ‘Best Coast Connection’ Tour

Yesterday’s passing of A$AP Mob founder A$AP Yams is inevitably hard to deal with for his loved ones, but A$AP Ferg had to push on and perform last night at the final stop of his ‘Best Coast Connection’ tour with YG. However, he made sure that Yams was remembered during his set. In the middle of performing at The Fillmore in Maryland, Ferg called for a moment of silence for his fallen friend, noting that, “If Yams was here to party with us right now, he might have told you he f*cked your b*tch!” Truer words haven’t been spoken. We’ll miss you Yams! Check out Ferg’s tribute below.

(Photos) YG & Nipsey Hustle Brings Out Yo Gotti & Troy Ave At NYC Show

On Friday night, West Coasters Nipsey Hustle and YG put on quite a show in front of a packed house at the Best Buy Theater in New York City. YG Performed his classic album My Krazy Life almost at its entirety and even brought it back with his “Toot It & Boot It” track while Nipsey performed from his Crenshaw mixtape. Much to the concert goers surprise, Troy Ave and Yo Gotti were both brought out to perform along side the rappers. Young Lito and Ave performed their smash-hit “It’s All About The Money” and the venue went wild. (Sidebar: the crowd was so into the music that a wild brawl broke out during YG’s set. Things got REAL for about ten minutes.) Troy Ave posted up a flick onto his Instagram page with Nipsey Hustle and YG with a caption that reads, “S/o 2 da homie@nipseyhussle we Look And Sound Like our city No weirdo imitation wanna be s***! This all environment rap.” What an amazing show! The crowd was looking confused though (half crip, half blood) but a great time nonetheless, regardless of what set anyone was claiming for the evening. Check out some photos from the show over in the gallery.

(Video) DJ Mustard Speaks On Squashing Beef With YG & How Beefing Helped Them Out

YG and DJ Mustard had fans quite upset at the end of 2014, when a little issue between the longtime friends became public, and they ended up beefing it out on Instagram. Luckily a few days later (after a couple jabs and threats), all was well. Sitting down with MTV this week, Mustard spoke on the rift, and revealed that though his comment that he still hadn’t been paid for his work on YG’s debut MY Krazy Life seemed like a shot at him, it was a shot at Def Jam (as I previously noted, since artists don’t pay people, the label does. Thanks!) The miscommunication was what led to the back-and-forth, but Mustard says it actually helped strengthen their friendship in the end!

We got like, a big, big, big, big entourage, you know what I’m saying? You just got to see who would pick whose side, and you would see who wouldn’t pick each other’s side. You got calls from people – I got calls from people, he got calls from people that would say, “I’m riding with you,” or “I’m riding with YOU,” and at the end of the day it’s like, why are you riding with either one of us? We’re both brothers, we’re supposed to fight and get it over with. If that’s the case, you’re not supposed to ever do that.

Real talk! Check…

(Photo) YG Fans Protest His Grammy Snub In Los Angeles

YG Fans Protest His Grammy Snub In Los Angeles Justin Bieber has his ‘Beliebers’, Lady Gaga has her ‘LittleMonsters’, and Nicki Minaj has her ‘Barbies’, but is it possible YG has the most dedicated of fans in music? There’s certainly a strong case to be made for that argument, being that his loyal following took to the Grammy Museum today in Downtown Los Angeles in order to protest the California Rappers Grammy snub.
