Every year, the list of upcoming artists that land a coveted spot on the XXL Freshmen cover is a big deal. Though not all of the artists go on to make much of a splash, some do, and the look alone speaks volumes. (Check out last year’s cover here.) The folks over at the mag have released a list online where fans can vote, showing potential names that will take the last spot. They’ve also revealed that the other 9 have been filled.
