The New York Mets put up a tough fight in Game 1 of the World Series against the Kansas City Royals. Game 2 was a blowout in favor of the Royals and Game 3 was the exact opposite, a blowout for the Mets. No one knew what to expect for Game 4, but in order to stay in it, the Mets definitely needed to take the W. Unfortunately, after missing basic plays, the Mets fell to the Royals, 5-3.

Right on cue, the New York Mets had done the same, after losing the first two games in the World Series against the Kansas City Royals. Most fans thought it was a wrap, as it is way harder for baseball players to come back from a 2-0 start in a 7-game series. Last night, the Mets showed otherwise as they defeated the Royals in Game 3 at Citi Field.
