Dorothy’s ‘Wizard Of Oz’ Dress Sells For $1.5 Million!
Everybody loves the classic movie Wizard of Oz but apparently some love it a bit more than others! At Bonham’s and Turner Classic Movies Hollywood memorabilia auction in NYC on Monday, Dorothy’s famous blue and white dress was sold for $1.56 million dollars. The gingham dress was made specially for Judy Garland for when she played the role of Dorothy back in 1939.

Dorothy’s Ruby Red Slippers Expected To Be Auctioned Off For $2 Million
One of four pairs of ruby red slippers from The Wizard Of Oz are set to hit the auction block. The iconic shoes are said to be the most famous movie prop ever. One pair will remain in the Smithsonian museum and other pair will remain at the Judy Garland museum. The current owner of the shoes is expecting to make $2 million by auction them especially since a test shoe was sold for $612,00 in May.
