Meek Mill fans didn’t have to wait much for the second part of his Wins And Losses film. After a mere twenty-four hours, the Philly rapper followed up with Chapter 2, which chronologically takes place before the first.

Meek Mill has rolled out the campaign for his forthcoming album, Wins And Losses. The Philly spitter, though, is taking a different approach for the campaign by launching parts of a short film, leading up to the day of the project’s arrival. Check out Part 1 after the jump!
