Some players in sports just never learn. No substance or drug is worth your career and potentially millions of dollars. New York Giants safety Will Hill was suspended today for the first six games of the 2014 season and the team intends to release him upon the suspension being completed. Hill has failed three drug tests since 2012, and he lost an appeal for the latest infraction. He will be eligible to return to game action on Oct. 13. He was suspended for violating the performance-enhancers policy two years ago, missing four games. He missed the first four games last season because of a substance abuse violation. The worst thing is when he is on the field he can legit help a team, but he just can’t seem to get focused on the right things.
Giants safety Will Hill, was recently suspended for 4 games to start this season for violating the leagues drug policy. His positive test was a result of smoking marijuana, which he has admitted to. But it is his explanation that is somewhat odd. He said it was for medical use, but last time I checked Hill is not a doctor. Hit the jump to see what he said.
