(Video) The Truth Comes Out! Guess Who Introduced Whitney Houston To Drugs?!

Whitney Houston ruined her iconic voice, put her career in turmoil, and ultimately died from doing drugs. Many people pointed fingers at the singer’s ex-husband, Bobby Brown, for introducing her to drugs but he always says that simply wasn’t true. Bobby always claimed that Whitney had used drugs before he even met her and he simply just ran with it since he was using as well. Now, almost an entire year after her tragic death, the truth comes out as to who introduced her to drugs. Watch more below.

Whitney Houston’s Mother Wonders If She Could Have Saved Her Daughter In The Beginning

In Cissy Houston’s memoir, “Remembering Whitney: My Story of Love, Loss, and the Night the Music Stopped” she details how she really felt about Whitney having a drug problem. Whitney’s mother wants it to be known that she does NOT blame Bobby Brown for her daughter’s habit. “I blame him for the way he treated her,” Cissy writes. In this tell-all she creates something that would remind people, that even though she had a drug problem Whitney still was a nice person. Cissy just wishes that she would have said something to stop her child from diving into drugs. “Whitney hid from me.” Cissy, often afraid to confront her daughter added, “What was the point? I didn’t want her to run completely away from me.” When someone is doing what they want it’s hard to stop them. I don’t care what anyone says, YES she had a problem that could have been rectified, however that doesn’t take from the talent and the music that she blessed us with (when she was off drugs). R.I.P. Whitney. Drop down bottom for more. JaaiR (JR)

As a tribute to MCA and his life, the New York Times Magazine put Adam on the cover of their tribute issue. Inside of the issue itself, Alex Pappademas of Grantland writes about MCA’s impact on the Beastie Boys, hip hop, and pop. Read some of Pappademas’ words below. RIP, MCA! Julie A.
