A man, 65-year-old Denis Duthie, from New Zealand drank so much vodka while on diabetes medication that it caused him to lose his eye sight! Duthie reeked of alcohol when doctors realized that he had formaldehyde poisoning!This occurs when the body ingests too much methanol which is found in vodka. Jack Daniel’s Owner Wants To Tax The Brand To Raise Money For Hometown
The owners of the Jack Daniel’s brand want to increase tax on the whiskey to help out the struggling hometown of Lynchburg, Tennessee. The brand owner wants to make an increase of $10 per barrel filled at the distillery. Residents of the town are all for the tax increase but the company’s management does not agree with it at all.
