It was about a year ago when Justin Bieber’s spiral out of control was nearing its end. The 21-year-old had decided that egging someone’s home and pissing in restaurant mob buckets were NO BUENO; that’s when he decided all of his bodily efforts into his upcoming album, and its leading single; “What Do You Mean?” During a stop by the TODAY show, Bieber explains that everyone makes mistakes and he’s working on his own right now. “Life goes in places you never expected.
