Max B Responds To Kanye West Naming Album ‘WAVES’
While everyone was putting their two cents in on Kanye West’s decision to change the name of his forthcoming album to ‘WAVES’, no one really took the time to go to the center of all the controversy and find out his thoughts on the name change. Max B, the creator of the “wave” is currently in prison serving a 75-year sentence for armed robbery, aggravated assault, kidnapping, and murder, but found the time to call into the Breakfast Club to talk about the controversy. “It’s all love. I appreciate it. I’m flattered that dudes is even acknowledging the situation,” he explained, adding “Everybody know I’m an innovator. Everybody know I got imagination. I come up with these words and these slogans and these catch phrases and it’s all good when the people follow suit. I like Kanye, I appreciate it. I love it, thank you.” More below.

After making a bold statement that his forthcoming WAVES album is going to be “the album of life ” during a recent Twitter rant Kanye West is now changing his tune. Last night on Twitter, Ye’ cleared up his statement saying that he intends to pay homage to artists like Marvin Gaye, Q-Tip, Lauryn Hill and Jimi Hendrix as they had made an impact on his life.
