Walmart Driver Wanted To Stop Tracy Morgan’s Crash Lawsuit, But Fails!
While we continue to send out prayers to Bobbi Kristina and her family, another one of our favorite celebrities is pulling through a life-altering incident. Eight months ago, Tracy Morgan suffered head and other major bodily injuries due to a Walmart truck driver, Kevin Roper speeding at 65mph in a 45mph zone. Morgan has since left the hospital, and now on his way to a safe recovery. Other than his recovery, Morgan has moved on to file a civil lawsuit against Walmart. However, due to his legal woes – death by auto charge and more – Roper has made an attempt to put a halt on the suit filed, claiming that it effects his possible jail time.
