Last week, Ye had tweeted out a casting call for models for the show, and it immediately was met with controversy because it called for “multiracial women only.” It was quite an interesting choice of words, leaving it up for interpretation. Some felt that he meant he only wanted light-skinned “mixed” women and no women with darker skin tones, while others felt that he meant no Plain Jane white women. Judging by the photos and video coming from MSG, the people who fell into the thought process of the latter were more accurate, though both were off.
