Two Virginia Tech students are facing charges in the death of a 13-year-old girl, Nicole Lovell, who’s body was discovered Saturday in Surry County, North Carolina According to reports, 18 year-old David Eisenhauer has been charged with her abduction and murder while 19 year-old Natalie Keepers is charged with illegally disposing of a body and accessory after the fact in the commission of a felony. Neither Eisenhauer nor Keepers have entered pleas in the case and both are expected to return to court late next month. Read more below.

Even though the government begs to differ, Virginia Tech says it acted appropriately in alerting the campus in 2007 during what turned out to be the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.
