(Video) Common Performs At BET Hip-Hop Awards; Brings Out Mike Brown’s Parents

For his performance of ‘Kingdom’ tonight at the BET Hip-Hop Awards, Chicago’s own Common brought out West Coast newcomer Vince Staples as well as Roc Nation’s Jay Electronica for a moving performance. At the end though, was the nights most sentimental moment as Common brought out the parents of slain teenager Michael Brown for a moment for silence.
