Caught On Tape: Traffic Officer Clings Onto Bus Windshield To Give Fleeing Bus A Ticket
This is crazy! A traffic officer in Vietnam held onto the windshield of a fleeing bus to ticket the bus driver! The bus drove about a kilometer with the officer dangling from the windshield before the bus stopped.
