Well Unless it was some phone that was on some contract, with some Monthly price, then I haven’t seen one cheaper than the Vivitar DVR 790HD 3D(yes Vivitar, the camera’s that you always find a yardsale), But hit the Jump for that price and it’s capabilities!! +TatWZA
