In their ongoing effort to remain competitive with Twitter, Facebook is making plans for a new “VIP” feature to allow celebrities to better interact with their fans. Facebook reps told the Wall Street Journal that they are testing “some mobile features designed to help public figures interact with their fans.” What exactly will these new features look like?
