UFC President Dana White announced on Friday that Velasquez vs. dos Santos will be the main event for the first UFC on Fox event, on November 12 in Anaheim, California.

Addressing Jackson directly via Twitter, Jones said he would never cheat because he has too much respect for mixed martial arts — and Jones suggested that makes himself different from Jackson.

But there was enough discussion of the state of Jackson’s hands that it has led the former champion to suspect he has a spy in his midst.  Spygate has come to the UFC.

MMA: It’s Official! UFC Reaches 7-Year Deal With Fox, First Live Event Will Be Nov. 12th

The leading mixed martial arts organization announced a seven-year agreement with FOX to show UFC programming on the FOX broadcast network and cable TV channels FX and FUEL TV. According to the deal, there will be four live UFC fights a year shown on FOX and 32 live fights on FX, including 24 in conjunction with two seasons of the UFC’s reality show “The Ultimate Fighter.”


UFC Coming to Fox in 2012? UFC & Fox Reportedly Sign Deal

Posted by Sabrina B. @gametimegirl The Ultimate Fighting Championship’s TV home will move to Fox, according to a report. UFC and Fox agreed to a deal for seven to eight years, starting in 2012, Sports Business Daily reports, citing unnamed sources. While the agreement calls for up to four UFC shows a year on the Fox network, most of UFC’s programming currently carried by Spike TV and Versus would move to Fox’s FX and Fuel cable channels, the industry trade publication says.
