George Zimmerman’s defense team is attempting to paint Trayvon Martin in a negative light using anything they can. Zimmerman’s lawyers wants to use not only school records and pictures, but old texts between Trayvon and his friends as evidence. The legal team wants to call the texts and more into evidence to attempt to put Trayvon on trial to help Zimmerman’s defense. The text messages include some in which Martin’s friend calls him a “weedhead” and others that talk about him fist fighting in school. Prosecutors say that the “evidence” including a picture of Trayvon with gold teeth are “pertinent evidence” to show “stereotypical and close-minded thinking.” Read more about the texts that the defense wants to use below.

Jamie Foxx has been known to be one of the handful of black entertainers to make a stand for a cause, so it’s no surprise that with the gun law issues circulating that he’d have something to say. Foxx, along with other cast members of, “Django Unchained” won a couple of awards during the 2013 MTV Movie Awards, and his statement was made via a piece of clothing that he wore. The t-shirt that has some people talking said, ‘KNOW JUSTICE, KNOW PEACE’ with a picture of Trayvon Martin centered, and the victims of Sandy Hook Elementary surrounding in representation of the acts of gun violence. Florida Police Sergeant Fired After Bringing Trayvon Martin Inspired Targets To Gun Range
Police Sergeant Ron King has been fired after he bringing targets inspired by Travyon Martin to a gun range. King was leading off a target practice with two other officers and a civilian port worker when he asked them if they wanted to use the targets modeled after Trayvon. Not only did the others who were partaking in the target practice tell King no, but also told him to put the targets back in his car. Read more about the targets and the incident below.
Trayvon Martin’s Parents Settle Wrongful Death Lawsuit
Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, Trayvon Martin’s parents, have settled a wrongful death lawsuit against the against the homeowners association of the Sanford subdivision. It is believed that Martin and Fulton settled for at least $1 million. The lawsuit amount will remain confidential. Read more below.

While talking to CNN’s Piers Morgan he apologized for HOW he publicly posted his opinion. So, technically he’s not sorry. He’s so smart that he’s dumb. Can we say stupidity! Some people just don’t know when to let go and let flow. For George Zimmerman’s brother, Robert Zimmerman Jr., he thought that using a visual to compare Trayvon Martin to recently charged baby killer De’Marquise Elkins of 13-month-old, Antonio Santiago in Georgia. The picture of two cropped photos of Martin and Elkins were of them sticking up there middle fingers. DICK Robert Zimmerman Jr. then posted to his twitter account about how people portray themselves publicly is their character as a whole. IF this is the case then we know exactly what he is. How does a murder teen compare to baby murder I will never know. How are the two kids similar except for the fact that they are black with middle fingers? CRAZY!
