Molly West, the daughter of Don West who is representing George Zimmerman, posted a picture on Instagram of her and her family enjoying some ice cream cones. It’s not the picture that’s an issue, it’s the caption which read “We beat stupidity celebration cones … #dadkilledit.” The picture was posted following West’s questioning of witness, Rachel Jeantel, but is believed to have been taken after the opening statement of the trial. West is said to have not known about the Instagram photo and he and his daughters are “mortified.” See the picture in the gallery.

Today makes day #4 of the George Zimmerman trial, and day two where Rachel Jeantel has been on the stand. Jeantel was on the phone with Trayvon when the confrontation between he and Zimmerman began. The defense seems to be making a mockery out of this girl’s pronunciation of some words, and in addition to that, Jeantel has a low voice, so hearing her has become difficult. It’s clear that these attorneys are trying to make this a benefit for their gain. Since some of the transcripts for Trayvon Martin’s friend in ‘not clear,’ defense has asked the judge to play back the recording of the interview. Well, Judge Debra Nelson shut that down and informed the court that if it’s not a part of evidence, then it can NOT be played. It’s being marked. Hit the jump and check out what else is going on.

It is no secret that both W. Kamau Bell and Chris Rock despise George Zimmerman, the man who gunned down 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. On their show “Totally Biased,” Both Bell and Rock give explicit details of how they REALLY feel about George Zimmerman, along with a list of people they wish were selected to be on the jury for the trial. (Video) The Trial Has Begun For George Zimmerman! Trayvon Martin’s Father Speaks First!
This morning began the long awaited trial for George Zimmerman, in regards to the death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin back in February of 2012. Tracy Martin, Trayvon’s father spoke about what he expects throughout these proceeding (video after the jump) and the family released a statement: “We are relieved that the trial is starting today with the selection of jury members. We are seeking justice for our son and a fair trial. Trayvon’s life was taken unnecessarily and tragically, but we call upon the community to be peaceful. We have placed our faith in the justice system and ask that the community do the same. Please pray for Trayvon and for our family.” Currently, jury selection is in progress. (Video) New Audio Evidence In The Trayvon Martin Case Emerges
Trayvon Martin was maliciously gunned down last February of 2012 by George Zimmerman, who has been claiming “self defense.” Although the case is still going through trial, new evidence that could be a huge key factor to the case has just surfaced. Audio of Trayvon Martin’s voice was recovered off of his cell phone while he was messing around with his friends and recording two homeless men fighting over a bike. Professionals are comparing the two voices with the screams heard in the 911 call. If George Zimmerman can prove that those screams came from him as apposed to Martin, he just MIGHT get off.
