After going Platinum, making his debut on the Jimmy Fallon Show and dropping a remix with Drake on the track, it’s safe to say that Jersey’s own Fetty Wap is having a VERY good week. In fact, his week was so good that he decided to get $4,000 dread extensions in his hair just because, well, HE CAN! Fetty took to his Instagram account to post up a message for everyone hating on his new ‘do. He took a photo in bed sleeping with money all around him with a caption that reads, “Dreamin bout the money … & ya still on my hair lol 100%.” Not for nothing but the “Trap Queen” rapper has a point! Fetty is currently on top of the world and if he wants to get some blonde dread extensions, so be it! Check out Fetty firing shots over in the gallery. #JERSEY!
Last night on Cinco De Mayo (May 5th), Jersey’s own Fetty Wap appeared as the musical guest on Jimmy Fallon Live and hit the stage to hit his now PLATINUM track, “Trap Queen.” It was perfect timing for Fetty to appear on such a major network because earlier in the day, he released his “My Way (Remix)” featuring none other than Toronto native Drake. Coming from a city such as Paterson, it truly makes Fetty’s success 100x more enjoyable for all of Jersey. Check out Fetty performing his smash-hit single “Trap Queen” below! REMMMMMMMYYYY BOYS.. 1738!
This little girl can really move! 9 year old break out star, Asia Monet Ray from Lifetime series Dance Moms is coming for every young dancer on the scene and taking absolutely no prisoners! The petite princess dances, sings, and acts…is there anything she can’t do?! Check out the video of her SLAYING chorography to Fetty Wap’s Trap Queen.
Paterson’s own Fetty Wap has emerged onto the music scene and completely took over with his chart-topping track, “Trap Queen.” However aside from being a huge rap star, the New Jersey native still makes time for his children like a real man is supposed to. The mother to his son, who goes by the name Reese, has been ranting and raving about Fetty’s exceptional fathering skills via her Instagram page. Reese, who is Nicaraguan and black, explains that they have an amazing relationship as friends and co-parents (super rare now-a-days.)
Fetty Wap made his television debut late last week when stopping by REVOLT TV to perform his top 10 Billboard single, “Trap Queen.” Speaking on the style he’s dubbed “Trap&B” to REVOLT host DJ Damage, Fetty also humbly discussed his newfound success, recalls meeting Kanye for the first time, elaborated on his 2015 plans and more.
