As reported before the Chicago Bulls are looking to make some changes to the roster as well as attain a lottery pick in the NBA draft.  After Derrick Rose suffered a torn ACL and the Bulls were booted out of the first round, it’s no surprise that they want to make some serious adjustments.  Read more after the jump.
