Since deciding to retire for good this time, Rasheed Wallace is now an assistant coach for the Detroit Pistons. During practice he had a mini dunk contest against Pistons rookie Tony Mitchell. Sheed threw down a reverse two handed dunk (well sort of). Lol aside from the comedic aspect check out the hops from Mitchell.
