After the NFL revealed their finding on the deflategate investigation, they suspended New England Patriots golden child Tom Brady for 4 games without pay and docked the Patriots an NFL record One million dollars and also stripped them of 2 draft picks. Seems as a group of Patriots fans didn’t take the punishment as fair and decided to protest. Well, it looks like all their protesting just landed them a night in jail, Yikes!

NFL: Tom Brady Suspended Four Games For Deflategate
After investigations revealed that Tom Brady was involved in a scandal that effected the competitiveness of the game, the NFL suspended Brady for the first four games of the 2015 season without pay. It was speculated that Brady could receive anywhere from 1 to 2 games for his involvement in the under-inflated footballs used during the AFC Championship game vs. The Indianapolis Colts.
NFL: Report, Patriots Are Expecting Lengthy Suspension For Tom Brady
The golden boy of the NFL may soon find himself watching Patriots games from home just like another fan. After the Wells Report was released and essentially called Brady a cheater and said he personally knew the balls were being deflated, reactions have been very mixed. The ball is now in the commissioner’s court and he is expected to rule this week but the Patriots are already preparing for the worst.

In a 243-page report, by Ted Wells, a league appointed official, ruled that the NFL “finds it probable that the New England Patriots intentionally deflated balls.” Now thats not a complete yes that their guilty of breaking the rules but its most likely a reason to punish and/or suspend Brady. Text messages were also released of conversations between the equipment managers of the New England Patriots, where they did not have very nice thing to say about Brady.
