Last night, TLC was on everyone’s minds as VH1 debuted their biopic, CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story. Having been influenced by them as a teen, singer Keri Hilson dug in her crates for her T-Boz wig, and posted a photo on Instagram, paying homage to her and thanking her for making it cool to be a tomboy in the 90’s. A fan RT’d Keri’s post with an unimpressed Emoji icon, which T-Boz then RT’d, appearing as if she co-signed the unimpressed feeling. However, I did a little digging…and I see that T-Boz tweets from Android. Meaning, she doesn’t even see the Emojis, so she likely had no idea what the face was that she RT’d. LOL! Last night, twitter was on fire with the happenings of television. If you weren’t tuned into the Revolt TV launch then, CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story you were most likely watching. The ups and downs of the top selling female group was plastered on screens all around the world. Clearly, everything that the group had been through wasn’t jammed into the 2hr biopic [like when they appeared in House Party 3 – My ish!] but, we saw how TLC was roped into hard work and NO pay! That damn Pebbles… Insightful! Keke Palmer, Lil Mama and Drew Sidora did an awesome job portraying T-Boz, Left Eye and Chilli! If you missed it, kick up your feet and take a look after the jump. TLC’s ‘CrazySexyCool’ biopic premieres tonight on VH1 at 9p. Bossip recently got a chance to sit down and talk with Rozanda “Chilli” Thomas & Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins to promote the biopic. During their latest sit down with MTVNews, TLC members Chili and T-Boz revealed that they’re group was actually reached out first for a song that is now considered a major pop hit by Britney Spears. The two explained that although the song may have worked for her they could not imagine themselves repeating a certain line and overall could not connect with the song, hit the jump to find out which hit the group declined!

VH1‘s CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story will debut on the network on Monday night, but this past Tuesday, industry insiders were able to get the first look via a private screening in NYC. The TLC ladies were in attendance along with the actresses that portray them in the film (Lil Mama as the late Left Eye, Keke Palmer as Chilli and Drew Sidora as T-Boz), as well as tons of other celebs.
